No provision contained in this schedule shall limit or 

relieve the SAIPAN STEVEDORE COMPANY, INC. from liability 

for its own negligence nor require any person, vessel, or 

lessee to indemnify or hold harmless the SAIPAN STEVEDORE 

COMPANY, INC. from liability for its own negligence.
