D. Demurrage Rates:
Cargo stowed inside the transit-shed or outside if
special protection is required will be charged daily
at the rate of $1.50 per revenue ton.
Cargo stowed in open areas, unprotected will be charged
daily at the rate of $1.00 per revenue ton.
Empty container that has been in the yard beyound
thirty (30) days will be charged daily at the rate

G. Miscellaneous:
All other services which do not fall in any of the above
classifications, rate shall be by special arrangements
between the terminal operator and the consignee or his
representative or the carrier or his agent.
The minimum charge per Bill of Lading is : 1] $10.00 on
CFS or breakbulk cargos, or 2] $45.00 on containers carrying
less than 20,000 lbs. or less than 400 cubic feet, (10 R/T).
