RULE: 34.2 – NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Eff: 01SEP2010

This tariff, published and filed in accordance with the

Shipping Act of 1986 as ammended by the Ocean Shipping

Reform Act of 1998, is notice to the public, to shippers,

consignees and to carriers, or their agents that the rates

charges and regulations apply to all traffic without

specific notice, quotation to (except as hereinafter

specified) arrangements with shippers or carriers.
